Join your neighbors and make a special evening even more memorable on Lake Tyrone with the 2nd Annual \u201cLIGHT UP THE LAKE\u201d on Christmas Eve event! We had a great start last year with over 350 luminaries placed in the bay.\u00a0 We would like to invite everyone to participate this year.\u00a0 This is a great opportunity for our Lake Tyrone community to come together in the joyous spirit of Christmas on the most revered evening of the year.<\/p>\n

This year we will start a little earlier and begin to “LIGHT UP THE LAKE” at 5:00pm on Christmas Eve.\u00a0 “It was a great experience to be out with our neighbors with their children and grandchildren, enjoying fellowship on such a special night, creating an amazing effect on the lake shore.\u00a0 Our family can’t wait to repeat the experience with more of our neighbors this year!”, says Elizabeth Herhold.\u00a0 Elizabeth is organizer of the event.<\/p>\n
Wouldn’t it add to this special night if we all did our part to make the lake look like this picture of the Tyrone Bay on Christmas Eve 2012.\u00a0 Imagine looking out and see not only what you have done but your neighbors have done as well on this very joyful occasion.<\/p>\n
